Holiday Inn Express & Suites Magnolia-Lake Columbia by IHG

Holiday inn was a pleasant visit. The rooms were nice and comfy. The breakfast was awesome. The only complaint was that the new attendant from night shift did not know how to do the check in through third party and ended up charging me on my card when it was already paid for. The morning attendant caught this issue and fixed it. Good service as of this moment.

The hotel was nice and clean and the location good. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff was nice especially the young lady that was working that night. She came to my room and got my air/heat conditioning working. I wish I could remember her name. She had blonde hair and wore glasses.They had the electricity knocked out earlier by the storms.

I actually stayed here June 21st, but got side tracked from writing this review! (Kids!) I stayed in 2 other hotels on my trip to Eureka Springs and back and this hotel made them look like Motel 6. The rooms are modern, sleek, and clean. Everything was pretty much baby proofed so I could let my little one crawl and play! I love the new bathroom counters. It was renovated some months before and the improvements are awesome! We paid 2 times more to stay in hotel in Eureka Springs, that didn't even have half the amenities or as good of a room. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Also, I would like to recognize the night staff Whitney who was so courteous and kind throughout our stay and took the time to help me with my questions! You were super!

The staff here is super friendly. The gym is quote good. There are 2 treadmills, an elliptical and a stationary bike. Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs and there is a cable machine with pull-up bar. The room setup is nice and very modern. There was no shortage of USB charging outlets and regular 120V outlets. It could have been more clean. I found a bunch of hair from a previous guest and random spots around the room were sticky.

We live in NW Fort Worth Texas and come to Magnolia once a year, if we can, for our family reunion in November. The Holiday Inn has always been our go to. Unfortunately, our recent trip, February 21st and 22nd, was to say good bye to our beloved Aunt. Your staff, Brenda in particular, went above and beyond for us. We had 7 family members and 2 bedrooms. We asked if we could play cards in the dinning room and Brenda didn’t hesitate to say yes. We set up that Friday in the dinning room and Brenda was so sweet. She made us coffee and gave us muffins while we played cards. Can’t thank her enough for helping us to relax and enjoy our time together in that difficult time. We will continue to book our stays there at Holiday Inn. Thank you, again, to Brenda for making it memorable.

Came down for my daughter graduation and this place is very nice!!! The breakfast in the mornings has any and every breakfast food you can think of. The staff is nice and very professional. The rooms are big and clean. Nice fluffy bed and pillows Absolutely had a great stay.

The check in staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early and we were able to in anyway. The facilities were clean and functional. The gym was well equipped for a full body workout. The breakfast was good but not really gluten free friendly. They had eggs and sausage (questionable for gluten) but bacon wasn't served the mornings we were there. It was located next to a good Mexican food restaurant. All said, it was a good stay.
